Rotting Compost Tea Bar
Temporary Installation (2011)
V&A Museum
London, UK

Rotting Compost Tea Bar is an installation that sought to explore compost as a energy resource. In the past home inventors have experimented with extracting heat from compost by building huge piles and wrapping water filled piping to tap into the heat as it escapes the mound. The installation mimicked this technique within a burger van setting.
